From sourcing and aggregation to export structuring, logistics coordination, and market access — we manage the full trade journey on your behalf.
Our Services
We source and aggregate agricultural commodities directly from structured producer networks, cooperatives, and partner-operated facilities across Nigeria, Liberia, Uganda, and wider Africa. Every lot is cleaned, calibrated, and graded before leaving origin.
We structure and execute exports on FOB, CIF, and CFR terms depending on your requirements. Our team handles all export documentation, phytosanitary certification, and customs clearance from the Nigerian side.
All commodity lots are SGS and Cotecna inspection-ready. We coordinate third-party quality inspections and provide full quality certificates, moisture reports, and grade documentation to accompany every shipment.
Our 1,000 MT staging warehouse near Lagos ports provides the physical infrastructure to aggregate, fumigate, consolidate, and move commodities efficiently. We coordinate freight, shipping lines, and delivery to your nominated port.
For buyers seeking specific origins or commodities, and sellers seeking reliable international off-takers, we provide structured matchmaking and brokerage services underpinned by our established networks across Africa, Europe, and Asia.
We advise on EUDR compliance, deforestation-free sourcing verification, and traceability systems. We help buyers meet their EU legal obligations and build responsible, transparent supply chains.

Alpha Agro is actively seeking partners for value addition at origin — including processing and toll-processing partnerships. We have direct experience shipping commodity lots to Europe for toll-processing into finished products, which we sell independently. We welcome co-investment discussions with processors and buyers looking to build closer supply chain integration.
Get in TouchFor African Producers
If you produce quality agricultural commodities and want access to international markets in Europe and Asia, we want to hear from you. Alpha Agro works directly with cooperatives, farmer groups, and agri-businesses across Africa — providing structured offtake, fair pricing, and a reliable path to export markets that most smallholder farmers cannot access alone.
We source from Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, Liberia, Cameroon, Uganda, Kenya and beyond.
Beyond the Farm Gate
Alpha Agro does not stop at the export port. We operate an origin-to-derivatives model — sourcing raw commodity lots, shipping to Europe, toll-processing into finished products, and selling the processed output to industrial buyers. This gives us a trading margin advantage at every stage of the value chain.
We have already demonstrated this end-to-end capability through our cocoa-to-Europe trade: sourcing Nigerian cocoa beans, shipping to European processors, toll-processing into cocoa butter, powder, and mass, and selling the finished derivatives to industrial buyers.
We are actively scaling this model — building processing pathways for additional commodities including sesame seeds, shea butter, and cashew kernels — and seeking capital partners to accelerate execution.
Our approach to processing is asset-light by design. We access toll-processing capacity through established European partners without the need for fixed infrastructure investment — making the model capital-efficient, repeatable, and scalable across multiple trade cycles. Our leadership brings over a decade of experience working at the intersection of agricultural development, smallholder farmer inclusion, and responsible supply chain design across Africa — including leading internationally funded programmes on sustainable commodity production and carbon integration in East African coffee supply chains. This gives us a depth of sustainability and origin expertise that goes well beyond what most commodity trading companies can offer.
Trading Models
We manage CIF delivery to European ports, coordinating freight, insurance, customs documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and full EU import compliance — so your commodity arrives inspection-ready and cleared.
We coordinate toll-processing of commodity lots through established European processing facilities. Current proven capability: cocoa beans into butter, powder, and mass. Actively developing pathways for sesame oil, shea butter, and cashew kernels.
Where we process our own commodity lots, we sell the finished derivatives directly to end buyers in Europe — capturing margin at the processing stage. This is an operational model we have already executed end-to-end.
The model is well-suited to structured commodity finance. Working capital is primarily required for bean procurement, logistics float, and inventory carry — with capital secured against physical inventory and contracted sales flows. We welcome discussions with trade finance providers, family offices, and impact investors.
Partnership Opportunities
Processing facilities in Europe seeking consistent raw commodity supply or toll-processing partnerships.
Importers and distributors in Europe seeking reliable, EUDR-compliant commodity supply with full traceability.
Banks, funds, and family offices seeking exposure to African commodity trade with structured risk mitigation.
For Investors & Finance Partners
The origin-to-derivatives model has been operationally validated end-to-end. The next phase is disciplined scaling, capital optimisation, and risk management. We are seeking structured capital partners who want exposure to African commodity markets through a model that combines physical trading, processing margin capture, and origin pricing advantage — without the need for infrastructure ownership.
Financing secured against physical inventory and contracted offtake, with defined repayment tied to trade cycle completion.
Participation in processing margin on a per-cycle basis, with full transparency on origin cost, processing fees, and derivative sales proceeds.
Strategic co-investment in building a repeatable, scalable origin-to-Europe processing operation across multiple commodities and origins.
Financial modelling, return scenarios, and capital structuring details available on request.
